STORE POLICY

SHIPPING POLICY:
  • Our processing time for all orders is 1–3 business days. During this time, your order will be carefully packaged and prepared for shipment. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using our standard shipping method. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days. Please note that actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances, such as carrier delays or weather conditions.​

Once a package has been confirmed as delivered, Charm Attention Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We take full responsibility for your order while it is in our care and ensure it is packaged and handed off to the shipping courier in excellent condition.

 

However, once your package is dispatched and in the hands of the shipping carrier, they assume full responsibility for the delivery process, including how and where it is delivered. We do not have control over their methods or handling once the package leaves our facility.

 

For any delivery issues after dispatch, we recommend contacting the courier directly.

RETURN POLICY:

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

  • Please review your order carefully before submitting to ensure that all items and quantities are correct.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

We only accept changes for items that were incorrectly sent. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if any items are damaged or incorrect.

  • Multiple clear photos of the item(s)
